Roy Cohen serves as chief financial officer at RealSense, where he leads the company’s finance, legal and operations. His mandate is to ensure RealSense scales as a strategically agile, compliant and independent organization built on streamlined processes and focused innovation while driving the strategic growth engines that power the company’s long-term plan and position it to lead the future of physical AI.

Cohen brings over 20 years of global leadership experience across public companies and startups. Before joining RealSense, he served as VP of finance at Immunai, where he built and led finance, legal and business operations functions, implementing IT systems to deliver operational visibility and business agility. Previously, at Kornit Digital (Nasdaq: KRNT), he led a $140M business unit — growing it from $100M in two years — while spearheading a transformation from a service business to customer success. His initiatives significantly improved gross margins and nearly tripled the recurring business’s attach rate.

Throughout his career, Cohen has led several secondary IPOs and participated in multiple M&A integrations. His operational strengths span go-to-market strategy, pricing, IT systems and financial modeling.
