He brings more than 15 years of experience across operations, supply chain, and manufacturing within the high-tech and automotive industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to joining RealSense, Rotem spent over seven years at Innoviz Technologies, most recently serving as VP of Manufacturing. There, he led cross-functional teams responsible for advanced LiDAR production and testing, successfully scaling products from early-stage prototypes to full-scale manufacturing. His work focused on stabilizing build processes, implementing robust quality frameworks, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rotem’s expertise spans the full product lifecycle, from R&D through volume production, with deep experience in global supply chain management, procurement, and vendor operations. He has a proven track record of optimizing manufacturing workflows, improving product reliability, and aligning operations with fast-paced business and product goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
